Now its time for the fist istalam to Hajar-e-Aswad before starting Tawaaf.
Istalam is flying kiss to the black stone (Hajar-e-Aswad), which is placed on the corner of the Kabah.

How to make Istalam to Hajar-e-Aswad:

• Stand facing to the Hajar-e-Aswad
• Raise your hands to the height of Hajar-e-Aswad
• While palms of your hands facing to Hajar-e-Aswad, say:

 

 

• then kiss on your palms

 

• There are seven rounds in one Tawaaf
• Each round starts from Hajar-e-Aswad
• Each rounds starts with Istalaam: [Total 7]
• One istalam will be at end of the tawaaf: [Total 8]
• One istilam will be before you proceed to Sa’iy: [Total 9]
